Every few days I get a tweet or message from a fellow poutineur telling me about various interesting and bizarre variations of poutine out there. Usually more bizarre than interesting.
This week's find is one that I know many of you wouldn't mind trying. Taco Poutine, which is a take on everyones favourite bar snack: nachos with chili. Rather than use nachos, the folks at the Metro Supermarket chain substituted it with a fries and curds. Not only will your heart be aching afterwards, but your stomach will be resulting in World War 3! None the less, it sounds delicious!
In reality, this is more of a chili cheese fries, but with curds as this recipe doesn't call for gravy.
